Baillon's Crake (Porzana pusilla) is a scarce winter visitor and passage migrant in Haryana. This bird is found in the wetlands.
Identification: Baillon's Crake is a shy secretive bird with a short straight yellow or green bill. Adults birds have brown upperparts with some white markings, and a blue-grey face and underparts. The rear flanks are barred black and white. They have green legs and a short tail which is barred underneath.
