Garganey - photographed by Rajiv Lather on 19th Mar, 2005 at Karnal Garganey (Anas guerguedula) is a scarce passage migrant in Haryana. These birds are found in the wetlands in autumn while on their way to south India. They can be seen again in spring on their way back.
